Household Aids includes many versatile daily living aids. For example the
handy and economic overbed tables are ideal for use in the bedroom or the
lounge and come with separate legs - excellent for Wheelchair users. We have
two models available.
The Helping Hands reachers will make your life much easier when reaching for
things off the top shelf or down on the floor. They are available in three
different styles all with a soft tip for delicate, a magnetic tip and an easy
action trigger designed to help with dressing.
Making a hot drink can become a problem, as the weight of the kettle can be
too much. Daily living aids have been designed to resolve this, ensuring the
user has confidence in the products. Our Jug/Kettle Tipper is an excellent
idea for safe pouring of boiling water without carrying the weight of the
kettle. You can re-fill the kettle without un-strapping it by using a jug
or cup.
Take the weight off your feet with this handy foldaway ironing/perching stool
- Ideal for a host of household and DIY tasks. A choice of sitting or standing
positions with adjustable height (52cm 0 71cm), and a seat and backrest support
and comfort.
All our slippers are fully washable at 40 degrees C and feature wide front
openings when Velcro fastening for comfort and ease of use. Ladies slippers
available in sizes 3 - 8 (no half sizes). Gents slippers available in size
6 -11 (no half sizes). The Howarth Range are an extra wide fitting.
